Medical Director
J. Kimber Rotchford, MD, MPH
Dr. Rotchford graduated from the University of Washington's School of Medicine. He has specialized in pain management and addiction and is founder and medical director of Olympic Pain & Addiction Services (OPAS).
He is board certified in Addiction Medicine (DBAM). He has extensive expertise in chronic pain management and is a Fellow both of the American College of Preventive Medicine and the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture. He is widely published and has spoken nationally and internationally on subjects related to addiction.
He is President of the Washington Chapter of the American Society of Addiction Medicine and Dr. Rotchford works as medical director of Highland Courte in Port Angeles, WA., one of the region's respected inpatient facilities. Together, they are working to integrate medical care into behavioral chemical dependency treatment & prevention.

Don Kaye, CDP
Mr. Kaye has been working with Turning Point Recovery for more than a year. Mr. Kaye is easy to talk to and likeable he does a great job in helping patients recognize and learn about available resources and support. Ask if he is available by internet conferencing or through his offce in south Jefferson County.
Paul Cardwell CDP MA
Mr. Cardwell has been associated with OAMS since its inception and has extensive experience counseling and working in the field of chemical dependency. He also has formal training in Family therapy. Mr. Cardwell is our acting Clinical Supervisor.
